What happens if my items get lost in the mail?
Please contact email@example.com with your order details, and we will investigate. If you were sent an Australia Post tracking number in your confirmation e-mail from us, you can contact Australia Post direct to speed up your enquiry.
What happens if I receive an incorrect item?
If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact our customer service department straight away and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also arrange or reimburse for return postage of the incorrect item.
Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
