Your order will be shipped via Australia Post.

To ensure you receive your items for Christmas we recommend ordering by December 11 for Standard Delivery and December 18 for Express Delivery.

Please contact info@dancefx.com.au with your order details, and we will investigate.  If you were sent an Australia Post tracking number in your confirmation e-mail from us, you can contact Australia Post direct to speed up your enquiry.

If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact us straight away and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.  We will also arrange or reimburse for return postage of the incorrect item.

Standard delivery orders are currently taking longer than usual but should be received between 4 – 8 business days. Rural areas should take no more than 10 – 12 business days.
